Payment Information

All payments made to WOB Pty Ltd will be in AUD$ and include GST. Payment of the annual subscription fee or event registrations may be made by cheque or credit card (visa, mastercard, bankcard). Credit card payments are secured through SSL encryption.

Refund policy

Membership subscriptions
WOB Pty Ltd does not have a refund policy for membership subscriptions execept in the case of exceptional circumstances where a refund will be considered upon application.

Event registration
Refunds for events are available if notice is given by email or telephone up to 48 hours prior to the event. Requests for refunds after this time will not be given. In the case of exceptional circumstances a refund will be considered.
