Vanessa Fudge

Vanessa Fudge is currently serving as Chair of International Consulting Firm Shirlaws.  Vanessa joined the organization as a business coach prior to its international expansion, and since then has served in numerous roles involving new joint ventures, consulting to over 50 different organizations at CEO and executive level on growth strategies, becoming a company Director herself and more recently the Chair.  In her role as Chair Vanessa recently ran an AGM for over 20 shareholders participating across 3 continents.

As an organizational Psychologist Vanessa understands the importance of establishing healthy dynamics on boards and ensuring that different viewpoints are resolved in any key decisions.

Prior to joining Shirlaws Vanessa was Managing Director of Unity Development, a change management consulting firm where she advised on organizational restructures, mergers / acquisitions and cultural transformations in large corporate and local and federal government organizations.

Vanessa’s key strength is taking a business that has reached a plateau and creating significant uplift in profits via both organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Vanessa has coached a number of CEOs and Boards, including a membership organization that achieved a 75% vote at EGM to transition to a corporate constitution.  

Vanessa is seeking Non-Executive Director roles with private companies or small publicly listed companies and government businesses, particularly in the financial and professional services and technology sectors.
