Karen Crouch - entrepeneur and health director

Karen is the Managing Director & Principal Solicitor at Health Practice Creations Group Pty Ltd, a highly successful SME providing management, legal and accounting services to the health sector.

Admitted as a solicitor in 2001 Karen worked in-house for the Australian Medical Association (NSW) for four years before moving into private business. She founded HPC Group in 2005 and in 2008, co-founded Balance! Healthcare, which was awarded two $5 million Federal Government grants to establish GP Super Clinics in NSW and QLD.

Karen focussed on building great teams to support and run her businesses to allow her to pursue interests such as writing for various health publications, delivering educational seminars and sitting on boards.

Karen is interested in boards in the health or aged care sectors where she can apply her strong business and legal skills.
