Heather Nash – experienced non executive director

Heather Nash BA (Hons) LLB FAICD is a lawyer and experienced administrator who successfully made the transition to being a full-time non-executive director.  She has been on the Board of UniSuper and is currenly on the boards of Uniting Church (NSW and ACT) Trust Association and Service One Members Banking credit union.  Heather has over nine years of directorship  experience.

Heather’s Board experience has covered two periods of economic downturn (2001-2 and 2008-9) with the related strategic and communications demands.  The Boards on which she has served have had contrasting investment portfolios covering commercial and housing mortgages, direct property holdings, infrastructure and equities.

In addition to Board experience, Heather had had administrative experience and legal training, with a particular focus on workplace relations and occupational health and safety issues.

Heather is looking to move to the next stage of her directorship career through appointment to a public company.
