Gender Balance Programs

Optimiss Consulting are experienced practitioners in gender equity, human capital, organisational change, business, communications and corporate governance.

Optimiss will be the WOB recommended provider of consultancy services to:

  • increase the numbers of women coming through the pipeline into senior managerial and executive roles;
  • increase the retention and recruitment of female talent; and
  • optimise workplace diversity programs for better business results.

 The team is led by Kate O’Reilly a former Deloitte Director whose work with the Deloitte Inspiring Women program led to her winning finalist for the Deloitte Business Woman of the Year 08/09 and being appointed to the Deloitte Emerging Leaders Council. Her experience includes global public and private sector roles in corporate finance and business policy advisory. Kate is also the Hon. Treasurer of the United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) in Australia.
