My Mentoring

Many women are working long hours and juggling the work/ family life balance. It is easy to concentrate on the day-to-day issues and forget the larger picture. Mentors are a sounding board to provide support and guidance, allowing you to put issues into perspective and consider various possibilities.

The mentoring program is the third tranche in our WOB WAY professional development series. Its purpose is to provide a more structured approach for women at all career levels and stages who are considering, aspiring to or already achieving board roles.
