Ruta Asimus: Corporate executive and executive coach, Sydney NSW
Ruta specializes in working with people through major change and innovation. She has successfully coached people for many years attaining best practice over Asia Pacific in a broad spectrum of industries including retail, engineering, financial services, energy and IT. Her deep corporate experience includes leadership roles with bottom line responsibilities for 100's of people and project management responsibilities across Asia Pacific.
Ruta has academic degrees in BA Psychology, MLS, Masters in Information Library Science (Business libraries) and an MBA, Masters in Business Administration. She is also a graduate and certified professional coach of the Coaches Training Institute and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, GAICD. Passionate about supporting women to succeed, Ruta is a member of the NSW Premier’s Expert Advisory Council on Women. She knows what it is like to work in a male dominated environment and to trail blaze on behalf of women. She was the first female professional to work in a coal generating station, the first woman to go on maternity leave who had a company car, the first MBA to be employed by a major retailer in Australia, and the first to develop and run an all woman's conference for a major IT organization in Asia Pacific. She has also trail blazed major organizational changes such has centralizing processes across all states and centralizing processes across Asia Pacific.
Ruta has coached women with aspirations for board appointments, those seeking managerial success in their industry and those seeking alternatives in their work life balance. She has been a public speaker for Women on Boards, university students in China to enlighten them on western business ethics and work practices, Hong Kong human resources professionals, and many speaking engagements for her former employer on work life balance and flexible work practise.
Judith Chapman: Executive coach and academic, Sydney NSW
Judith has a focus on talented managers in transition to the top level, including those seeking directorships, and executives requiring professional or personal development. She is a psychologist who has developed a deep knowledge of human behaviour and cognition, and the factors that promote personal development, change and growth. She has worked as an organisational psychologist, HR professional, senior academic and organisational development consultant. Her interests span the full range from individual work behaviour and group dynamics to organisational redesign, culture and strategy.
Judith has a doctorate in organisational change and has published widely in this area and a certified master coach of the Behavioral Coaching Institute (BCI). Through the BCI she trains others in coaching.
Dianne Jacobs: Banking executive and diversity advocate, Melbourne Vic
Dianne comes from a strong commercial background. She has sound corporate experience including 12 years with a pre-eminent investment bank and has been a confidential sounding board to CEOs and their direct reports.
Dianne has a passion to enable talented women to succeed. Usually, this consists of strategies for greater control over their career roadmap. More often, it includes tactics for women to be more competitive in promoting themselves and involves enabling high-potential women to take up their authority.
Dianne has been published in prestigious journals and is known as a diversity leader and an expert at creating a talent pipeline. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne and is a trained coach through Coach U, recognised by the International Coaching Federation.
Hugh Todd: Coach and strategist, Sydney NSW
Hugh is an experienced coach and strategist. Formerly NATO’s Leadership Coach in Luxembourg, leader of The Sydney Business Networking Group, a national award-winning former small business owner with significant public, private and NFP sector experience. Hugh’s particular coaching strengths are in the following areas:

Jane Weber: Executive Coach and Leadership Specialist, Central Coast and Sydney, NSW
Jane is a leadership specialist whose focus is developing executives who can lead in the dynamic environment and across complex organisations. She has an extensive corporate background in sales, leadership and consulting. Jane well understands the challenges facing many women: she was once the first female sales manager to be appointed in the Australian subsidiary of a global I/T corporation and has always balanced career with family while raising two daughters.
Today Jane’s passion is supporting individuals and teams to reach their highest leadership potential. She is a Co-founder and Director of PresenceAtWork, a collective leadership consultancy.
Originally an Honours Graduate, Jane has gained many qualifications in coaching, facilitation, NLP and leadership. She certified with the Coaches Training Institute in California and subsequently graduated from their prestigious international Leadership Programme. She is currently studying Organisational and Systems Coaching.
Jane has 400+ hours’ experience coaching executives and senior leaders preparing for executive roles, across Asia Pacific and Europe. Jane works with many modalities for leadership exploration, including emotional and social intelligence, presence, personal impact, values, work/life balance, collaboration, influence, diversity and cultural and organisational transformation.
Rosemary Moore-Fiander: Leadership and Strategy Coach, Perth and Regional SW WA
Rosemary has coached senior women in Australia, Singapore and China across a wide range of industries including telecoms, financial services, professional services (legal, consulting, outsourcing), FMCG, mining and local government. Common to all her clients is the desire to be the best they can be: showing up as a leader (emotional intelligence, presence), identifying and working through obstacles to performance and success (however it is defined), delivering through others, communicating with impact, and transitioning through significant change.
Her own experience covers senior management and consulting roles in the UK, Europe, Southern Africa and South East Asia in both the private and public sector. She has also set up and run a number of successful small businesses in Australia.
She holds a Masters degree from Kingston University Business School in the UK, and an advanced certificate in evidence based coaching from the Institute of Coaching & Consulting Psychology (Sydney University).
