The value of building your WOB profile
Being board-ready: Populating the profile pro-forma helps you think through your career and directorship aspirations and gives you the encouragement to apply for vacancies.
Improving your pitch: The marketplace wants to know your value-add for a position. The WOB profile is structured so you think about this, and clarify and improve your pitch.
Being on the radar: WOB is regularly approached to do director searches. We rely on the data in the profiles to identify WOBers suited to a particular position.
Meet other WOBers: WOB is a powerful and diverse network that can help you support your career and board aspirations. As a paid subscriber you can search the network and make connections and contact via email.

How to build your profile
You will need to register (it's free). This will let you build a profile but you can't make contact with other WOBers and they won't be able to see your profile.
To use the profile module to it's full capacity, subscribe with WOB. It's $145 per year.
- Log in to the website (get your username and a new password if you can’t remember) and select profile from the dashboard.
- You will see how much of your profile (if any) you have filled out. Add information including experience, boards/committees and objectives. Make sure you complete the summary, which includes your achievements and attributes.
- When you have finished (it will take a few goes) choose to make your profile public to the rest of the WOB network. This feature is avalable for subscribers only.
