Getting There: Where are you at?

A series of meetings and events over a period of 3-4 months, each meeting is designed around a conversation topic.  The objective is to refine your style and to provide the contacts  to assist you to further your board career,

1. Intro meeting

2. Boardroom Forum 1 - with female directors

  • are your target boards realistic
  • is the quality and range of your contacts appropriate   
  • how can we support each other 

3.  Communicating effectively and powerfully in the boardroom with Sarah Cornally

  • are you being effective
  • what is your style
  • are you adding value
  • strategies for improvement

4. Boardroom Forum 2 - conversations with male directors

  • how do chairmen chose directors 
  • how are women assesssed; is it in some way differently
  • how are women intimidating   
  • where do women need to improve - is it about strategy, risk?
  • what do women need to do 

5. Advanced networking event 

  • bring a person in a powerful position
