Feedback
"A quick note to let you know that I thought the workshops are great – fantastic work! I spoke to a few afterwards and they were filled with encouragement and more confidence to pursue their goals in being a director. Well done. "

Here are some examples of next steps WOBers are taking:
- I need a CV for Board positions not executive roles.
- I need to work out what particularly to target.
- I should organize coffee with attendee X who has offered to help me with an introduction to Y and she knows a lot about the company I am targeting.
- I should send an email to WOB to organize an introduction to Z who is on the board of my target company
- I need to do more research and then have a 1:1 session
- I should ask my nfp board Chair to consider paying directors. After all, the turnover is $50m pa and they are running a substantial for profit/not for loss enterprise as an element of there NFP entity.
