Women on Boards holds the following networking events in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
An upmarket networking function hosted by a corporate member or partner and attended by 50 to 80 people. The format is usually a three-hour cocktail event with a panel session and/or guest director followed by networking with four to six well-known directors specifically invited to suit those attending.
Designed to suit aspirant and current directors in the WOB network.
Cost: $66 WOB Subscribers, $99 Non Subscribers
This event is hosted by corporate supporters in Sydney (Clayton Utz), Melbourne (Clayton Utz) and Brisbane (BMA/ BHP) and gives 24 WOB Subscribers the opportunity to lunch with a high profile director and take part in a broad ranging and frank discussion on board and gender issues.
Cost: $66 WOB Subscribers, $143 WOB Subscribers & a guest (does not have to be a subscriber)
High level sector specific briefings with networking opportunities. Only in Melbourne and Sydney.
Cost: $44 WOB Subscribers, $77 Non Subscribers
A bit like speed dating in the boardroom, Networking with a Twist invites you to put your board strategy into practice. Hosted by a WOB corporate supporter with lots of people who can assist you achieve your goals. This is a targeted networking function that asks attendees to bring a guest who can help them achieve their directorship opportunities. It is ideally suited to anyone who has already attended at least one WOB Workshop and is looking for the next step in their quest for directorship.
Cost: $99 for WOB Subscribers (including a guest)
Regional networking functions will be held in Newcastle, Wollongong and on the Gold Coast in 2010.
Costs will vary depending on the venue and number of sponsors. However they will generally be $44 for WOB Subscribers and $77 for Non Subscribers
Held every 18-24 months with the 3rd Conference to be held in 2011. Usually held in Sydney due to access to company directors and convenience for people travelling from interstate on business.
