Is there merit in quotas?
Arni Hole, Director General, Ministry of Children and Equality, Norway, will join Australian Sex Discrimination Commission, Liz Broderick, in the conference's opening plenary session. Norway requires its state owned and private companies to have at least 40 per cent women on their boards.
