WOB is a strong advocate of the old adage 'Healthy Mind, Healthy Body'. So don't expect to sit about eating pastries at the Diversity on Boards Conference!
Every time we break, we expect you to recharge your body for the session ahead. You can't do this on the heavy, fat laden foods you get offered at many conferences. So our menu choice is as healthy as possible. This includes dairy and non-dairy fruit smoothies during breaks, water, fruit and healthy snacks available throughout the conference and a balanced lunch menu.
Simone Martin from Physical Wellbeing will once again be getting delegates up and moving during the conference sessions, with her 2-3 minute stretch sessions. She is also available for short personal training consultations and will be conducting two morning sessions (running and walking) each day of the conference.
Simone has been working in the personal training and fitness industries for more than 10 years and specialises in the preventative health management of the spine.

Balance! Services is a corporate training provider with a difference. It aims to bring balance to your work and improve the health of individuals and organisations by promoting and supporting healthy lifestyle choices. Balance Services will offer corporate seated massages at the Diversity on Boards Conference. Delegates are welcome to receive a massage for 5, 10 or 20-minute intervals (depending on the time of day) in one of the trade booths.
Balance! Services is the sister company of Balance! Healthcare which owns and operates the Blue Mountains GP Super Clinic and Cairns GP Super Clinic. The founder, Kate Gunn is an experienced business manager who gained her MBA at MGSM and has, over the years, won numerous awards for business and entrepreneurship.
