Childcare

Women on Boards provided FREE childcare to conference delegates with babies and toddlers aged under five.

Childcare will be provided between the hours of 8am and 6pm on both conference days and between 6.30pm and 9.30pm for the dinner.

Childcare will be provided by approved carers at the correct child to carer ratio.

Children will be cared for in a room adjacent to the conference. Parents will be required to provide meals for children and any special toys or items required for play during the day. WOB will be providing some basic toys (such as blocks and cars) and pencils and paints for craft activities.

Permission will be sought from parents to take children into the nearby Hyde Park to play if it is a fine day.

Children will be welcome at the morning and afternoon tea and lunch breaks, but not during session times.
