Women on Boards welcomes you at the five-star Sheraton on the Park for the 2nd Diversity on Boards Conference. The hotel is located directly opposite St. James Station and Hyde Park and is a short walk from major city attractions and the Botanical Gardens.

Car parking facilities are available at a daily rate of $60 per day.

Conference delegates receive discounted rates at the Sheraton on the Park in city side rooms. Available in king or twin bed configurations, each room is beautifully appointed with plantation shutters, block out blinds, a writing desk, armchairs and black marble bathroom with a full size bath and separate shower. High speed Internet access is available in all guest rooms.

Rooms are available at the following rates:

  • Cityside King (inclusive of 1 breakfast in the Botanica Brasserie): $295 per night
  • Cityside Twin (inclusive of 2 breakfasts in the Botanica Brasserie):  $310 per night

The following bedding configurations in Cityside Twin are available:

  • Two king single beds for two guests
  • Two single beds or one kingsize bed plus one rollaway for the third guest.(A $45 charge is applicable for a third adult or rollaway bed.

Room Availability

Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests, however Women on Boards has a certain number of allocated rooms and accommodation is confirmed on a first-come first-served basis. All rooms at Sheraton on the Park will be available at the advertised rate until they are fully booked and after this, will be subject to availability.

Booking Accommodation

You must book your accommodation at the same time as your registration to receive the discounted rates.

Cancellations/Amendments

Accommodation cancellations can be made up to 10 July 2009 and receive a full refund. Accommodation cancelled after this will occur a $100 administration fee. Accommodation cannot be cancelled after 31 July 2009.

All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing either by mail, fax or email to the Conference Coordinator.
