Workshop 1: Positioning your career for board success

To be successful in securing a Board appointment and in turn add value as a Board member requires you to proactively manage your career. This workshop will assist you to map your career to date and explore what else you need to do in your career to position you for board appointments in the future. The workshop will focus on developing your own career action plan and will include:
  • Essentials for career positioning using “ Four Dimensional Board Selection Model”
  • Exploration of board service options and fit with your motivators/values
  • Case studies of the journey to Board Appointment
  • Tool to create Personal Career Action Plan.
