Workshop Sessions

Workshop 1: Positioning your career for board success

Sue Zablud is the Director of the Human Asset Development Group (HADG) based in Melbourne Australia. She is a qualified, internationally credentialled and highly experienced executive coach with a strong track record in developing local and international leaders across major corporations, professional services firms and public sector settings.

Sue has designed and delivered coaching, mentoring and career management programs that have significantly enhanced both individual and organisational outcomes.

Workshop 2: Delivering high impact presentations

Judeth Wilson has been at the helm of Up-Front Communications in Africa, Europe and, now, Australia. A sought-after keynote speaker and business trainer for the past nine years, she has presented to thousands of people in that time.

Judeth has a passionate belief in people and developing the skills they have. With this in mind, she delivers keynote addresses, facilitates corporate away-days and runs dynamic training sessions around the world. She believes that people have the power to make an enormous difference - she helps to wake up the difference that they make to themselves and others in the organisation and ignites a passion for what they do. She speaks on a wide range of “people-skills” topics.

Workshop 3: Your CV - how to do yourself justice?

Kerry Chater is a writer, trainer, consultant and a specialist in business writing. She has a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, and works with a wide range of clients across Australia on all aspects of business writing – from reports to emails, from resumes to word smithing documents, from business plans to policies and procedures.

She facilitates workshops and coaches managers on writing in ‘Plain English’ – and in her spare time she also writes, including ghost writing. Kerry is a preferred supplier to Women on Boards (writing CVs and coaching presentation skills) and Women in Finance (writing CVs).

Workshop 4: Marketing yourself - Product you!

Carmen Parnos has over 20 years of corporate experience with the majority of that time spent in IT. She is an entrepreneur by nature and is the CEO of two companies; The Australian Coaching Academy that focuses on leadership development and workplace coaching and the Super Leaders of Australia book that showcases Australia’s most powerful leaders at an international level, with the purpose of aiding in the relief of poverty in developing countries.

Carmen is also a trainer & facilitator, accredited coach and public speaker and more recently, a published author. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, American Chamber of Commerce and Women on Boards.

Carmen sees herself as a “change agent” and has a genuine desire and passion to bring out the underlying power and confidence in individuals, leaders, teams and organisations who demand nothing less than a level of excellence!

Helen Robinett is obsessive about helping people to feel fantastic about themselves. With a background of over 20 years in sales and marketing coupled with extensive experience advising leading corporate and individual clients, Helen understands why personal and professional image are key ingredients in business success.

Helen works with clients to develop a comprehensive image-management strategy and ensures that staff reflect the image and branding of the company.

Helen is the President on the board for Try Youth and Community Services in Melbourne and facilitates the ‘Look good feel better’ program at the Freemasons Hospital for cancer patients. She co-authored ‘Apprentice to Business Ace’ with Carmen Parnos and Jill Currie.
