Peter Switzer
Peter is an expert on business and money in Australia. Peter is the founder of the Switzer Group a media, business coaching and financial services organisation.
Peter is an award winning broadcaster, twice runner up in the Best Current Affairs Commentator award for radio behind Alan Jones. Previously a prominent radio commentator with the Triple M and the Australian Radio Networks, his background working in the media with the likes of Doug Mulray and the team from the Panel has also given him a unique sense of humour. Peter was also the official economics commentator for the Sydney Olympics.
A former lecturer in Economics at the University of NSW, Peter is currently the small business editor for The Australian newspaper, Columnist with the Daily Telegraph and small business commentator for radio 2GB.
He is the author of the book 350 Ways To Grow Your Small Business, a local business best seller that has been translated for the Chinese market! Peter’s other books include GST: Your Questions Answered which sold over 120,000 copies.

Adam is a Founder and Director of Genroe Australia.
Adam has managed both the technical and commercial needs of businesses during his 15 years of experience across the Telecommunications, IT and Engineering industries. With positions as varied as Managing Director, General Manager Marketing, and Corporate Finance and Planning for a variety of organisations he has driven the operational, marketing and finance needs of businesses to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Maureen Jordan
Maureen is a solicitor who carved a niche in the media to balance her world of Work and family. Maureen has been involved in magazine publishing for 15 years. She has owned her own small business for 19 years. Her company is involved in book and magazine publishing.
She was formerly the Editor in Chief of Charter magazine for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Maureen is also the author of two books, one of which is a Small Business Start Up Guide published by Allen & Unwin, which she co-wrote with Peter Switzer. The other is finding the Right Mortgage. She was recently contracted by the Australian government along with Peter Switzer to conduct eleven home based business seminars around Australia, which attracted over 3000 attendees. This was an educational showcase aimed to encourage better business practices for Australian home based businesses.
Such is Maureen’s commitment to business that in 1996 she was inducted into the Australian Business Women’s Hall of Fame in Melbourne, as well as being a finalist in the Sydney Business Review’s Business Women of the Year 2003. Maureen’s knowledge of small business, combined with her legal skills, has enabled her to not only put a firm footing under her own long established business, but has also given her the credibility to assist others.
Dr Liz Gale
Dr Liz Gale, has experience in the private, public and not for profit sector. Liz has been an institutional banker, a CEO in the hospital and health Sector, lead strategy and business development, and has successfully commercialised biotechnology products.
Liz has a track record in “first of its kind” business start-ups, integrated across traditional silos, successfully lead mergers, partnership agreements, and restructures resulting in business turnaround in significant KPIs.
Liz backs her experience with a high level of qualifications, (First Class Honours, Masters and a PHD on Leading Organisational Change). Her career has achieved both business and community recognition winning a number of awards including the prestigious Telstra, N.S.W / ACT Business Woman of the Year . She holds a number of Board positions, is on State and Federal Government Advisory committees and is on the medical school curriculum committee at Notre Dame University in Sydney.
Tracey Ah Hee
Tracey has over 13 years marketing experience in telecommunications, financial services and media with a specialisation in customer retention strategies. Her most recent role, prior to founding Genroe, was as GM Customer Management at Singtel Optus where she developed and implemented an overarching customer management strategy encompassing cross sell/up-sell, retention and loyalty initiatives across the customer base; resulting in outstanding P&L customer profitability.
Peter Flottmann
Peter is currently Chief Executive Officer of Grain Growers Association Ltd, a producer membership organization with over 17,000 members on the Eastern Seaboard. His experience over 25 years in the grains industry includes senior marketing and trading roles with AWB Ltd, Continental Grain and Goodman Fielder Ltd. He also ran a private agribusiness consultancy, Synecon Pty Ltd, for 5 years followed by a period as General Manager Rural Services for NSW Farmers Association.
Peter`s industry representation has included being a member of the Cotton Catchment Communities Advisory Panel, Council Member of the Australian Agribusiness Association , member of the Grant Thornton Rural Advisory Board and an Executive Member of the Australian Rural Leadership Network Peter is a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership programme and Monash Mount Eliza Business School

Lynette Mayne
Lynette has over 25 years international business experience: initially in Papua New Guinea and Switzerland before establishing an Institute of Technology in Kenya. During the 80's Lynette held senior positions with Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Pan American World Airways and National Broadcasting Company in New York City.
During the 90's she held Chief Executive positions with one of Australia’s top companies Lend Lease, taking Corporate Financial Services to market leader in 3 years; then heading IT+T Investments to create 5 international joint ventures with technology heavy weights, such as IBM Global Services.
Lynette is currently owner and Executive Chair of Work Wear World, a leading provider of work apparel to the transport and logistics industry. She also chairs The Hornery Institute’s National Skilling + Employment initiatives.
Lynette has an MBA in Finance from New York University; has written 2 management books; was Chair of the NSW Health Industry Council; and a Member of the Australian Government Trade Policy Advisory Council and APEC.
