Women on Boards' stated goal is to increase the numbers of women on boards of Australian companies. We do this in a number of ways, including through our virtual "Boardroom." This is a toolkit that links aspirant directors with current board vacancies and provides training and resources for them to develop their networks and skills.
Some of the tools are for subscribers only, while others are free to access provided you are registered with the Women on Boards website. Click the link below to access our boardroom services.
Women on Boards also gives WOBers who have been appointed to a board the opportunity to tell their story. Go to On Board
My Resume
Build a resume tailored for the chair of a board using the WOB My Resume feature. Use this to respond to advertised board positions or to 'shop yourself' around for various board positions. Make sure you are considered when WOB is asked to do a private search of its subscribers for a board vacancy and keep yourself in the eye of Chair, Ruth Medd, who is constantly looking for women with good CVs.
