WOB Board

Ruth Medd (Chair)

Ruth has been pursuing a career as a non-executive director since 2000.  She is Chair of Australian Ethical Superannuation Ltd,  WOB Pty Ltd (Women on Boards) and a director of the National Foundation for Australian Women.  She is a former director of The Infants Home Ashfield and the NSW Casino Control Authority.  

Her NED experiences to date have enabled her to contribute her finance and business management expertise as well as her in depth understanding of the public policy, regulatory and business interface. 
 
Prior executive roles include the Executive Director of the Australian Association of National Advertisers and senior positions with Telstra, the Australian Broadcasting Tribunal and the Federal government. 

Claire Braund

Claire is a businesswoman who co-founded Women on Boards and a non-profit company The Regional Institute Ltd. She is an experienced director in the SME sector and has significant expertise in media, public relations and Internet businesses. Claire is an excellent writer, presenter, MC and facilitator and uses these skills to lead the professional development and networking programs at Women on Boards.

Prior to setting up her businesses Claire worked as a journalist on regional and city newspapers and in management roles in the beef and cotton industries . She was a director of the Foundation for Australian Agricultural Women for eight years and is a graduate of the Sydney Leadership Program.

Tracey Ah Hee

Tracey is a successful business woman who co-founded innovative consulting firm Genroe in 2002. Her current initiative is social networking project that has a particular focus on tools for the not for profit sector. Prior to establishing her own business Tracey held senior marketing roles with Telstra, Optus and the Colonial Group.  She retired as a director in November 2009 to join the WOB Advisory Board.
